Roy Hodgson says Crystal Palace tried to lend to Mason Greenwood at the start of the season

Thursday’s Premier League will see Manchester United face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

You can see how to see the surprise here.

The playoff is of little importance to Palace, as they have been since the autumn, and their recent poor streak has ruled out any hope of a European post.

Man United, on the other hand, will desperately want 3 points.

The Red Devils failed to climb to third place on Monday when they awarded an additional time draw against Southampton.

And with Manchester City’s European ban now officially overturned, United knows that their current fifth place is not smart enough to protect Champions League football.

Before the critical clash, he revealed that Mason Greenwood, who one of the united-shaped stars since the reboot, had emerged as a doubt for Thursday after taking a hit on Southampton.

Although dissatisfied with Man United, Roy Hodgson and company. You will certainly be pleased to have to face Greenwood.

The 18-year-old has scored four and helped one in his last four league games, and would most likely cause all sorts of upheaval at Palace if he showed up.

But Roy Hodgson turned out to be aware of Greenwood’s ability long before his recent flashy demonstrations.

In a recent interview, the Palace chief said his appearance had asked about signing a Greenwood loan at the start of the campaign, but the Eagles were greeted with a “no chance” farm:

“Mason is a gambler. We’ve known him for a while and, in fact, I think we might even have asked for him at the start of the season, if there was a chance he could be on loan.”

“Of course, you get the answer” there’s no chance “because they see him as one of their own. But it wasn’t a complicated place.”

Hodgson added:

“I think other people from across the Premier League have genuine a genuine skill in Manchester United’s books there and it’s only a matter of time before he gets his chance.”

The same thing happened to Marcus, he didn’t have to wait either and they put him in early and, as a result, ended up with a young but very, very talented line of attack.
