Tambov travels to Ak Bars Arena, Rubin Kazan’s home, on Sunday night in hopes of earning his fortune after losing four of his first five Russian Premier League games.
Rubin Kazan began the disappointing but controlled season to win the last two matches, and players, despite everything, feel confident in their qualities. The home team now ranks 10th on the board, a familiar position in the team’s standings for more than five seasons.

It’s hard not to believe that Rubin Kazan has won a comfortable victory in the house. Tambov showed no positive symptoms defensively or offensively, and Leonid Slutsky is too smart a coach to be overtaken on a very low list.
