Despite an astonishing termination clause in his contract, Ferran Torres del Valencia CF, who has been with Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane, can be sold at a lower value after Manchester City reportedly refused to adjust to its current value.
Following an announced deal with Man City, the stage of Torres’ hope has taken a massive turn. According to a report through Marca, Manchester City is the company in its resolution of not paying more than 35 million euros ($40 million) for Torres’ move in.
Torres’ contract with Valencia FC will expire at the end of next season. This has led the big clubs to chase the Spanish winger, with City as favourite to get Torres before the play window.
However, the report also notes that, despite the conclusion of an agreement, Torres’s move to the city would possibly occur sooner rather than soon.
Valencia has put an astonishing termination clause of one hundred million euros ($114.2 million) in Torres’ contract in 2018 as a noble gesture to prevent Barcelona and Real Madrid from easily contracting it. However, there are reports that Torres’ contract can also see him negotiate freely with whom he needs in January. It also means that Valencia can lose it completely if an agreement is not reached before this month.
Due to the currency crisis, an agreement with Manchester City may be the last chance for Valencia to check the coins of the impressive youngster. As a result, Valencia will now have to settle for fewer coins for Torres’ departure if they want to maximize their chances of getting customers this summer.

Torres is in very good shape this season for Valencia. In addition to Man City, Liverpool, the premier league champion, has also been linked to his name.
The Reds and the Towers would be an ideal addition to their already stacked offensive team, with Mane and Mohamed Salah leading the offensive department.
The official Liverpool F.C. Online page says the Towers deserve to move to Anfield before their contract expires. The club’s online page also noted that Liverpool Torres will be a player with the same prospects as Mane and Ronaldo at the start of their careers.
“If Liverpool had Torres in his hands, he would turn out to be an ideal understudy for Sadio Mane in one of the previous great positions,” Liverpool.com said.
Apart from the similarities with Mane, Liverpool also says that Torres has a ‘style and a career approach’ that looks a lot like that of a young ‘CR7’.
