AC Milan have fired head coach Paulo Fonseca and are expected to appoint Sergio Concicao to update him, according to resources on the situation.
Fonseca, 51, left Lille to replace Stefano Pioli as Milan head coach in June, signing a three-year deal.
However, the Portuguese coach’s six-month fee saw the Italian component unable to form a coherent series and was rejected after Milan’s 1-1 draw with Roma on Sunday.
