Spanish League giants Sevilla are also among the teams to sign Sunderland target Enzo Le Fee from Italian side Roma, according to Sky Sports News.

Sland is set to sign Le Fee, who played Black Cats coach Regis Le Bris from Lorient’s French side.

He made a big move to Rome last summer from Rennes but flopped in Italy and may now be on the verge of leaving the Eternal City.

It is suggested that Le Fee has ‘opened’ up to a move to Sunderland to join his former boss Le Bris, despite the club being in the Championship.

Real Betis are keen to sign Le Fee, but the Spanish side are also on the hunt for Sevilla.

Despite there being several suitors, it is Sunderland who are leading the race to sign him.

The Black Cats have presented Roma with an agreement to loan the midfielder with an option to buy this summer, which will be mandatory in the event of Sunderland’s promotion.

Beating two La Liga clubs, Real Betis and Sevilla, opposite Le Fee, would be a huge achievement for Sunderland.
