Andrea Pirlo’s wonderful appointment to Juventus suddenly brings a series of new questions as we move on to the next level of team development.
Maurizio Sarri’s delight cancelled after only one season: this UEFA Champions League defeat in the 16-off circular against Lyon turned out to be the last nail in his Juve coffin.
Now there’s a new emotion, a new perspective.

“Now I need to see a well-orchestrated unit that demonstrates a fair balance between strategy and physics. I need to see a dominant Juventus team that will also do anything to win.”

Pirlo is a few days away from work, but there are quick questions.
Will the goals of the move change? Is Ronaldo staying? Could you bring Paul Pogba back?
Pirlo spoke to the club on Sunday for the first time about his movement window, and now we’re looking forward to seeing what the team will look like for the new Serie A season.
There have been many rumors in recent days, from Sandro Tonali to Isco. So we analyzed the scenario and turned to Bleacher Report resources in Italy to get an idea of what happened.
Defense
There probably won’t be much time left for a full team overhaul before next season, and that may mean simply rethinking how they build next season’s defense.
