The Eagles spent a second-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft as opposed to cornerer Sidney Jones, and after three years, they have noticed enough.
Jones will be today, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
It’s still imaginable that some groups will pitch a seventh-round selection to the Eagles to get Jones, but it looks like they’ll have him on waivers.
Jones played only one game as a rookie and struggled to stay healthy in his career.Last year, he played 29% of the Eagles’ defensive shots.
