Soccer-Krasnodar and Salzburg move on to the Champions League organizing phase

KRASNODAR – Krasnodar and Salzburg approached the Level of Organization of the Champions League after 2–1 victories in the first leg of the knockout round of the competition, while Slavia Prague tied 0-0 at home via Danes Midtjylland on Tuesday.

Russian club Krasnodar won a house win over Greek PAOK Salonique, who missed a penalty, and Salzburg also returned to beat Maccabi Tel Aviv after falling early.
