Serbian striker Luka Jovic has completed a transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt from Real Madrid for the rest of the season, the German club showed Thursday.
The 23-year-old left Eintracht for Madrid in June 2019, but has struggled to have an effect on La Liga since his move of 60 million euros ($73 million).
Jovic has two league games for Real Madrid this season and had not played since November due to positive control of COVID-19 and a muscle injury.
“Luka hasn’t had a simple life in Madrid,” Eintracht sporting director Fredi Bobic said in a statement. “It is your wonderful desire to return to the Eintracht.
