Southampton announces his signing in two days, when Manchester United-linked Salisu joins Valladolid

Southampton showed tonight the signing of defence Mohammed Salisu of the Royal League squad Valladolid.

The 21-year-old mid-centre Salisu broke into the first in Valladolid last season.

After an impressive year in his career with the club’s B team, the Ghanaian launched the back of the net through coach Sergio on the first day of the La Liga campaign.

And to say that Salisu continued to the plate would be to fall short.

After proving that he is more than capable of acting at the highest point of the Spanish game, the African stopper continued to temporarily identify himself as a key member of the Zaga del Valladolid.

In total, during the campaign, Salisu has amassed 31 appearances in the Los Angeles League, all still in the form of outings.

However, Salisu’s stellar form, along with the 21-year-old’s growth margin, has led to the inevitable hypothesis in recent times that he would possibly be able to temporarily leave the José Zorrilla Stadium after a lonely season of senior football.

In recent weeks, a large number of clubs, in addition to the Premier League, have been named contenders, Manchester United and Everton among those in a hurry to dive.

However, as mentioned above, the Reds, Toffees and more have now officially lost Salisu’s signature.

Instead, the much-loved defender moved to Southampton.

On a social media platformer of the club not long ago, the Saints showed the arrival of Ghanaian with a four-year contract:
