Lemina joined Southampton from Juventus on an 18 million pound contract in 2017, but her last appearance at the Saints was in May 2019.
The former French U-21 foreigner is ahead of the possibility of painting with Chief Parker in Fulham.

Reed played 28 games on loan at Fulham last season and admitted he was on the hunt to get stuck in the impending whites campaign in the Premier League.
“Surely I’m happy to do it in spite of everything and to be here as a permanent player, I’m sure I’m delighted,” Reed said.
“It’s going to be an exciting season, it’s a great challenge this year, but I can’t wait to get started, get back to education and look forward to the challenge.
“I’m sure I’m very happy to be here and dedicate my long career to the club. “
