The Spurs missed the playoffs for the first time in 23 years, but coach Gregg Popovich still has a little explanation for why they rejoice. Its beautiful san Francisco condo just sold for $2.525 million, more than a million more than what it paid in 2002.

It is not your only space on the market; during the summer, it reduced the value of its 2.6-acre property in San Antonio to $3.1 million.

This slightly smaller position is less than 2,000 feet on the third floor of a 103-year-old construction in Presidio Heights. Located a few blocks from the famous Presidio, the property offers perspectives on the city, bay and Golden Gate Bridge.

Moldings, panels and hardwood floors bring a formal touch to the living spaces, featuring a quaint dining room and a living room with granite fireplace. The modern kitchen loads traditional wardrobes and recessed lighting.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the whole condo. For amenities, there is an on-site manager, a garage room and a parking space.

Popovich, 71, is the most successful coach in NBA history with 1277 wins, and his 24-year-old term is the longest active era of any U.S. primary sports league. Three-time NBA Coach of the Year winner, he is also head coach of the U.S. national team.

Joe and Joseph Moore of McGuire Real Estate filled the list. Richard Welch of Compass represented the buyer.
