The Grand Bleu, owned by Eugene Shvidler, a wealthy Russian-American oil tanker, was seen sitting on the water parallel to Hopetoun Estate near South Queensferry, pointing to Queensferry Crossing.
He also saw last week at Moray Firth, right next to Chanonry Point on Black Island.
The 370-foot ship, built through Bremer Vulkan in Germany in 2000, was owned by Chelsea Football Club owner Roman Abramovich.
According to the luxury yacht Boat International, the yacht carries two more boats on board, a 72-foot sailboat and a 68-foot motorboat, and a landing boat to bring a Land Rover 4×4 to land for excursions.
It also offers luxury accommodation for up to 20 people, with 35 team members.
According to some of the recent high reports, the yacht weighs about 135 million pounds.
