A high street store has come forward to charge a £200,000 lawn centre to a planned store in the former Toys R Us in Teesside Park.

A Making Plans says: “The application is for the provision of an outdoor lawn centre that will connect to the planned profession of the former Toys R Us store through B

“Building permission is requested for the construction of a 4. 8 meter high enclosure to shape an auxiliary external lawn center complex related to the proposed profession of the modeler of the Toys R Us unit in Teesside Shopping Park through B
“The company needs long-term sustainable use of the former Toys R Us unit and offering a complementary lawn center is part of its business style and operational requirements. The lawn center that extends over 929 m² will occupy part of the car park on the side of the proposed store B
“The program will result in the loss of 30 parking spaces. However, the unit will still have 369 seats, adding a diversity of spaces available for other people with disabilities.
“Garden centers consist of open and enclosed enclosures in which a diversity of plants, shrubs and small trees are exhibited, as well as a diversity of bulky items such as lawn sheds, water collectors, lawn equipment, fertilizers, soil and bark chips.
