La Liga giants Barcelona were dealt a blow in terms of personnel on Wednesday.
It comes amid confirmation that a prominent member of the club’s attacking ranks is in a position to spend an imminent era on the sidelines.
The one in question? Ansu Fati.
Ansu, of course, joined parent club Barca in the summer after a disappointing loan spell in the Premier League with Brighton.
Since then, the 21-year-old had set out to convince the new Blaugrana coach of his willingness to contribute at the Camp Nou next season, and Ansu’s form to date has left everyone present in the Catalan capital incredibly impressed.
So it can be said that it will be a hard blow for club and player to know that the Spanish foreigner is stretching on the medicine table.
According to an official published on Wednesday on Barcelona’s online page and social media platforms:
