This year really marks the tenth birthday of the Republic of Ireland’s current manager, Stephen Kenny, who first took charge of a Dundalk side that had just avoided relegation from the Airtricity League’s most sensible division. a hand to count the number of players Kenny has deemed worthy of keeping. Mountney, 19, who joined the club last year from Mervue United, was one of them.

Party at the Inn
To celebrate the licensing of The Village Inn in Bohola, John Mountney is an official opening night this Saturday (May 20) to which everyone is invited.
“It’s a night to give something back to the locals who have supported me,” says John, who steps forward to welcome customers, new and old.
Aaron Houlihan will kick off the party with live music starting at 7 p. m. m. with more live music at 10 p. m. m. de Dara Duffy and Tommy O’Hara. Appetizers, loose raffles and lots of fun will be served, so get your rags and dancing shoes ready!
