Borussia Dortmund fired Nuri Sahin a rite as a boss this morning.
Now, a former forgotten SPL has been like his surprise replacement.
Sahin, who spent most of his players in Dortmund through two spells, abolished as a boss after his defeat in the Champions League opposed to Bologna.
It is a third defeat for the German giants of this season’s competition.
Dortmund is also out of speed of war of the Bundesliga title, sitting at 10 and twenty numbers, Bayern Munich leaders.
Sahin, 36, only appointed director, after Edin Terzic’s departure.
The first Dortmund fits the era after Sahin opposes Werder Bremen on Saturday.
Taking the team rate will be a guy who had a spell at the SPL.
However, it is not a guy that other people in Scottish football will remember!
Mike Tullberg is the guy in question.
He joined Hearts on a loan for a season of the Italian team reggina in August 2008.
But it turned out to be a quite a spell for the Danish striker, who only made seven appearances for jams.
It is after the wounds that surely devastated their time in Edinburgh.
He joined the German Club Rot-Weiss Oberhausen the following summer, but injury disorders responded and made 4 appearances for two years.
Tullberg then retired and embarked on a coach race.
He worked as a coach in Oberhausen before returning to Denmark in 2017.
Two years later, Dortmund returns to Germany to appoint him in the chief coach of his reserve team.
After a year in this role, he has become the leading leader of Dortmund under 19, a position in the club as a more prestigious role than reserve work.
Tullberg has been the head of Dortmund U19 for years.
But now he is in a position for a greater challenge.
Tullberg was shown as Dortmund’s interim chief and he will be in the canoe to surprise on Saturday with Bremen.
In a statement, Dortmund said: “After the dismissal of the main coach Nuri Sahin, Borussia Dortmund can announce that Mike Tallberg will take the team for the opposite adjustment to SV Werder Bremen on Saturday.
“The type of 39 years is the main coach of the BVB U19 since 2020. Black & Yellow has already trained for a year. “
