The fourth Tennessee Titans player tested for COVID-19

A fourth Tennessee Titans player tested positive for COVID-19 in the last race, showing an NFL spokesman Wednesday for USA TODAY Sports.

The news comes a day after the league revealed that three Titans players tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday after Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. Five Titans members also tested positive on Tuesday.

The Vikings didn’t test positive for the final circular and haven’t had one since Sunday.

The NFL announced Wednesday later that the fourth week’s game between the Titans and the Pittsburgh Steelers would be postponed until Monday or Tuesday. The Vikings game with the Houston Texans is still scheduled for Sunday.

On Tuesday, the Titans placed 3 players: DaQuan Jones’ defensive shot, long pair Beau Brinkley and closed practice end Tommy Hudson, on the reserve list / COVID-19.

“We don’t have many definitive answers,” Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday night. “We have been given the mandate to prepare as if the match were to be played and played on time, so that’s our mentality. We have approached the business (Tuesday) from the point of view of the game by making plans with this mindset, and we intend to continue with a general Wednesday and our paint schedule for Wednesday.
