The New England Patriots intercepted a pass, then the Kansas City Chiefs kicked seconds later.

Patriots supporter Shilique Calhoun intercepted a pass that Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes launched in the past in the first part of New England’s 26-10 loss to Kansas City.
Not so fast.
Instead, he called this game a bag.

“I felt like I was a little underneath before I fell to the ground,” Corrente said. “And as they guided him, other players approached him. A whistle was not heard until the ball was in Calhoun’s hands. Corrente also did not announce what the referees had noticed on the play.
Therefore, this led to the question of why patriots head coach Bill Belichick did not call for downtime or launch a challenge flag to perceive what is happening before the Chiefs simply execute their next game, a clearing. Gene Steratore said on screen that Belichick may have challenged the play.
Corrente said Belichick may have thrown a flag of defiance.
