The schedule for week nine includes 10 semi-final competitions: seven will be played on Friday night, two on Saturday afternoon and the final on Saturday night.
The only seed to host the quarterfinals this fall came here in Class C, a point that cut its box in part last week when three North Division teams signed up for Class C South Division champion Fonda as semifinalists. The Braves host 2021 champion Schuylerville on Friday and Stillwater plays Warrensburg/Lake George on Saturday.
In Class D, the two semi-final matches will again be played in an impartial venue. The difference this fall is that games in Mechanicville are played on other days, as the fourth seed Canajoharie/Fort Plain faces seeded No. 1 Cambridge/Salem on Friday and Greenwich faces Chatham on Saturday. Each game is scheduled for 6 p. m.
