Timo Werner has opened on his Chelsea debut and revealed that Frank Lampard’s team is on a named challenge next season.

The striker moved from RB Leipzig to Stamford Bridge on a 53 million pound contract before this summer and scored in Chelsea’s pre-season friendly in just 4 minutes against Brighton last weekend.

Lampard has his team this summer with Hakim Ziyech, Ben Chilwell and Thiago Silva joining Werner at the club.
