Former English No. 2 Phil Neville Rehanne Skinner replaced Juan Amoros and Karen Hills at the helm of the Spurs after the duo retired two weeks ago.
At his first press convention at the high-level post, he said: “We are now education here in the educational field, which is a statement
“This gives us amenities to start raising the criteria we’re looking to achieve.
“The club was well aware that the amenities the players needed had to evolve, which evidently shows their interest in the women’s team.
“They felt it was the right time to make this move. Something’s already going on.
“It made me think about the intention, take care of the women’s team and integrate it, so it’s a really positive step for everyone. “
There are 15 grass fields on site, 4 of which are reserved for the first men’s team.
There is also a two-story center with medical facilities, a hydrotherapy pool, a gym, conversion rooms and a multimedia center.
Skinner added: “We have amenities in and around the hostel and the grounds we use,
“So we have the players we want to create a superior functionality environment.
“Now he’s at our door. We tried to maximize its use and frame it last week.
“It’s a learning curve for us right now, however, the things we have to do now are amazing and the players are happy to be in this environment, which is great. “
