Tottenham ‘rejected’ by Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea target as £50m star ‘won’t join Spurs’

According to reports, Tottenham Hotspur has been “rejected” through Bayern Munich star, Mathys Tel, in the middle of interest of 4 Premier League rivals.
