Well, what a night for Tottenham, eh?

Many other people activated them when they arrived tonight, adding me. Liverpool intended to pass through them again.

But no, despite having a decimated squad, Spurs put in a performance to be proud of to take a lead going into the second leg at Anfield next month.

However, the game not without controversy.

Lucas Bergvall noted the winner of the Ange Postocoglou team, however, there is some debate about whether he has even been in the field.

However, it was, and now Liverpool has many paintings to do if they arrive in Wembley.

Anyway, now is time to shoot the boys, I hope this fits everyone.

As always, I liked canore football for you. It is always a pleasure, never a task.

I will see you all very soon!

By Harry Bamforth

Arne Slot, Liverpool manager, speaking on Sky Sports:

By Harry Bamforth

Tottenham didn’t have much to excite this season, but they laughed tonight.

As I said before, I don’t even think the Spurs fans thought they would win tonight.

Just a month ago, they saw their team get beaten by Liverpool, but this time.

Tottenham has won 4 consecutive games in the League Cup for the first time since the 2014-15 campaign.

Guess what this season? It’s true, they made the final.

This victory also means that Tottenham have never lost a first step at home from a draw in the League Cup semi-final in seven such games.

It seems that everything points to Wembley.

By Harry Bamforth

Tottenham goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky speaking to Sky Sports:

By Harry Bamforth

Okay, I congratulate Mohamed Salah when I shine, so I will criticize him when I have problems.

The Liverpool star simply showed up today, canceled from the first minute.

Against such an improvised baseline of Tottenham, you would expect him to havoc in the way he is.

But without problems of its best functionality of the season.

I mean, I’ll be too harsh because I think he allowed himself to have a day off, given how brilliant he was.

It shows that Liverpool’s front line struggles when they fire on all cylinders.

Is this a fear about the slot machine?

By Harry Bamforth

Tottenham Angel Postecoglou Boss on Sky Sports:

By Harry Bamforth

Jamie Redknapp, former Liverpool midfielder, on Sky Sports:

By Harry Bamforth

A quick word for Antonin Kinsky, it’s tonight.

The new Spurs goalkeeper looked straight at the house between the posts, which makes saves.

I mean, Tottenham traffic jams are used to keep the leaves clean, so it is greater to appreciate this sensation while hard.

In the end there was a lot of love for him from Tottenham, and I am not surprised, they will have to be excited.

If I was Fraser Forster, I wouldn’t expect tp be starting any time soon…

By Harry Bamforth

Who was expecting this tonight? Not me.

It seems like a lifetime that Liverpool lost this opposite adjustment to Nottingham Forest, right?

The Arne slot has made an undefeated race of 24 games after this result, winning 20 of those games.

It is only his moment of defeat of the season in all competitions and also the first defeat of the Red Campaign.

Is it too early to say it’s a blip?

By Harry Bamforth

Virgil Van Dijk, captain of Liverpool, talking to Sky Sports:

By Harry Bamforth

Well, the time has come . . .

I sought to congratulate Lucas Bergvall before knocking him down, deserved it.

However, there is no way to have been in that launch when he scored that goal.

The Swede was on a yellow card and wiped out Kostas Tsimikas just moments before finding the net.

It’s a horrible challenge and I still don’t know why Stuart Attwell didn’t brandish another yellow card.

While the Swedish first reserve would possibly be a bit hard, it deserves the challenge of the moment.

It is vital to load that Tsimikas served his 30 seconds of the box when Bergvall scored . . .

Liverpool are right to feel a little aggrieved, don’t you think?

By Harry Bamforth

Lucas Bergvall was absolutely brilliant tonight.

Yes, maybe it has been sent (I will return to that), but ran its socks all night.

The young Swede has been one of Tottenham’s players this season, but he had to wait a while to score his first goal.

What a time to get it, eh?

Aged 18 years and 341 days, Lucas Bergvall is Tottenham’s youngest goalscorer in the League Cup since Gareth Bale against Middlesbrough back in 2007.

If you even have in the race that Bale has, the Spurs have a player in their hands!

By Harry Bamforth

Michael Dawson, former Spurs defender, on Sky Sports:

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool fans, I would advise you to forget about this post, in a different way you will get angry.

We will talk more about knowing if Lucas Bergvall has been on the floor later, but for the moment, let’s take the merit of his goal.

Dominic Solanke is brilliantly well to create for Swedes, so my word is a bright finish.

Simply pay attention to this off while the ball hits the network.

By Harry Bamforth

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has party mode!

Players and enthusiasts are at the checkout celebrating as the “desire-free” belts participate.

Not many expected them to beat Liverpool today, since the two had been in the game.

But my word is the maximum mature functionality I saw in Angel Postcoglou this season.

They barely gave the Reds a sniff – Antonin Kinsky only had to make a couple of saves in that second half.

Spurs are 90 minutes away from Wembley.

By Harry Bamforth

What for Tottenham!

Spurs hand Liverpool their first defeat in 25 games as Lucas Bergvall puts them in pole position to make the final.

The Reds will wonder how the Swedes were still on the floor after he was not awarded a yellow card moment.

However, Arne Slot’s look miles from speed to the end and the Spurs have a value from his win.

It’s going to fit in a month.

By Harry Bamforth

My God, my God, my God . . .

Luis Diaz has just won dive of the tournament, maybe he will be competing at the next Olympics.

He feels a hand on Pedro Porro’s back on him and simply throws himself to the ground.

Horrible, horrible.

By Harry Bamforth

Oh my word, what a goal that would have been.

Darwin Nunez produces the most unorthodox of flicks and it is heading for the bottom corner.

Antonin Kinsky does brilliantly well to get low and deny Nunez, though. A super stop.

It’s just not happening for Liverpool today.

By Harry Bamforth

Wow, that more than I expected.

Liverpool has seven minutes to visit and anything here, which is more than enough.

But they don’t look like this.

By Harry Bamforth

Lioverpool has the right to get angry because Lucas Bergvall is on the ground, but it is horrible defense.

Ibrahima Konate is double the size of Bergvall but is solved away with ease, he has to do better.

By Harry Bamforth

Ohhhhh… now this is going to be controversial.

Lucas Bergvall breaks the deadlock late on as he gets on the end of a Dominic Solanke pass in the area.

Arne Slot is absolutely fuming down on that touchline as he believes he should be off.

Stuart Attwell does have a card in his hand now and it’s for Slot, but the Dutchman has a point.

But still, it’s a lovely finish from Bergvall!

By Harry Bamforth

How is that not a second yellow card for Lucas Bergvall?

The Tottenham man is already on a yellow card and absolutely wiped out Kostas Tsimikas.

The referee decides to play advantage but surely Bergvall should be sent off for that.

He really should be off…

By Harry Bamforth

That VAR announcement was quite weird in reflection.

We knew the decision was offside for at least 30 seconds before Stuart Attwell told the crowd.

And while he spoke well, the referee, all he said was the goal was ruled out because Dominic Solanke was offside.

Hardly groundbreaking, but I still kind of liked it.

By Harry Bamforth

Arne Slot decides to turn to the bench again.

Ibrahima Konate is despite everything in the position of Alexis Mac Allister, which means that Endo moves in the midfielder.

Maybe Slot will be with a draw hereArray. .

By Harry Bamforth

Var spoils Tottenham’s celebrations . . .

Dominic Solanke just went too early and the goal is ruled out for offside and now we get to hear from the referee for the first time.

Stuart at Speaks to say the resolution of Tottenham fans, and is welcome through many screams.

I can’t lie, I like this new innovation.

By Harry Bamforth

A great purpose for Tottenham!

Dominic Solanke celebrates an opposite purpose to his former team for the time in a month.

Pedro Porro sends him with a deep ball and Solanke slides the Cooly ball after Alisson.

But wait . . . it can be just out of play. VAR VERIFICATIONS.

By Harry Bamforth

My word, Timo Werner has wheels!

The German races passed on Trent Alexander-Arnold as if he wasn’t even there before doing the same at Watar Endo.

He finds himself in the area and has a crack from a tight angle, but his effort hits the side-netting.

A life has an effect on WernerArray.

By Harry Bamforth

Son Heung-Min’s troublesome night comes to an end.

The Tottenham captain struggled to really get into the game and Ange Postecoglou has decided to hook him.

He is replaced by Timo Werner, who divides opinion.

By Harry Bamforth

What a purpose authorization!

Radu Dragusin saves Tottenham when he manages to block A Alexander-Arnolds on the line.

It is hell with a replacement blow and idea that he was going, but no, Dragusin had nothing.

Through the biggest moment of the match.

By Harry Bamforth

Oh, that’s a brilliant salvation from Antonin Kinsky!

The rookie comes to Trump to deny Darwin Nunez when he will almost certainly score.

Mohamed Salah slides a lovely ball through to Nunez who tries to drive the ball across Kinsky.

It’s a decent effort, the Propuronekeeper manages to rush off his purpose and thwart it.

It is a reinforcement of trust for the child.

By Harry Bamforth

Oooft, that is an unpleasant challenge.

Pedro Porro has a snack in Luis Díaz, who remained standing, Lucas Bergvall cleaned it up.

The young man begged the referee who still won the yellow card he deserved.

By Harry Bamforth

He simply feels that Liverpool’s recent tension can succeed in anything soon.

They have Tottenham panicking in the area as Curtis Jones fires a lovely ball into the box, but the hosts do clear.

It is a wave after a wave of attacks from the reds now.

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool has been aroused now that these substitutions have been made.

They identify Tottenham for the first time in this adjustment and no longer damage the passes.

He picked out a horrible ball from an Inarray player.

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool crosses his song song now, now Luis Díaz feels.

Just when they enter their flow, Kostas Tsimikas uneart Darwin Núñez with a ball.

Nunez meets it well but can only fire it into the gloves of Antonin Kinsky.

He should do much better, really.

By Harry Bamforth

Here’s Trent Alexander-Arnold. . .

The back of the Liverpool is received through its song from the end of the doors of Liverpool, and my word is sung out loud.

He is in the works for Conor Bradley, while Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz are in the works for Diogo Jota and Cody Gakpo.

I bet that Alexander-Arnold will enjoy this song in the back, have been difficult days for him.

By Harry Bamforth

I am sitting here with disbelief in this Alisson error, it is very rare that I have seen this doing this.

This aspect of Tottenham is given a sure confidence and now their enthusiasts have discovered their voice.

I mean, it’s about time.

By Harry Bamforth

How are Tottenham not ahead?

Alisson has just had the brain farts of all brain farts, which is like him, because he is closed twice through Lucas Bergvall.

The second one leads to Pedro Porro having a strike blocked by Virgil van Dijk before he somehow clips the rebound wide.

I can’t what I just saw. Liverpool has not been controlled.

What was Alisson thinking?

By Harry Bamforth

Are we sure that the 6-3 real fit?

These two games have nothing to do with who played this mystery with nine goals in December.

The thing is, the line-ups aren’t even that much different, just a few changes in personnel.

A very rotating case.

By Harry Bamforth

Oh, it’s so close!

Liverpool tries to start this part as if the last one had ended, much on the front foot.

They open upon Spurs fairly easily before Mohamed Salah spots Cody Gakpo free at the back post.

He swings a lovely cross into that area but it’s just a little too high for the flying Dutchman.

A few inches decreases and it’s a goal.

By Harry Bamforth

Now that is what you call playing for a foul…

Diogo Jota realises he is going nowhere as he is pressed by Radu Dragusin so just flings himself to the ground.

He even leaves a cry to get on the effect, very cunning.

Well, it works Stuart Atwell assigns a Liverpool lane directly.

By Harry Bamforth

I what Arne Slot just told his players because they faint for the moment at half-time a few minutes later than Tottenham.

If it was Jurgen Klopp, he would have ripped into his side, but I’m not sure that’s the approach Slot takes.

Whatever he did say, we are about to see if it works now the game is back underway.

By Harry Bamforth

Michael Brown, former Manchester City midfielder at BBC Radio Five Live:

By Matt Barlow At Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

By Harry Bamforth

On the right, we have an ON Rodrigo Bentancur.

The Uruguayan went down in the sixth minute and was on the floor being tended to by medical staff for nearly 10 minutes.

We perceive that Bentancur has still been taken to the hospital and is still in the locker room with doctors around him.

Other updates, we will be due to time.

By Harry Bamforth

I think we all expect goal bags in this game, right?

Tottenham almost entertains us, every time I look at them, there are bags of goals.

Well, that’s not been the case today.

Neither party had joy in the future, it was a lack of quality.

Maybe Angel Postcoglou even though everything will supervise a dead end?

By Harry Bamforth

Now, who does it come to?

We build this as an entertaining game, we have the idea that there would be goals.

But my word, it’s been a snooze-fest.

An early injury to Rodrigo Bentancur stopped all the momentum and to make some Liverpool players, little happened.

Let’s hope for better after the break.

By Harry Bamforth

What is the song that enthusiasts sing?”Is this a library?”

This stadium is more or less dead and even a head of Lucas Bergvall does not awake.

Then there are groans as Liverpool start to move forward, but they look way from behind.

However, you can feel the nerves in this soil. To be fair, those enthusiasts have recently become.

By Harry Bamforth

Cody Gakpo, the player, leaves Liverpool’s festival via a safe margin today.

Everything is to cross it and, once again, make the decision to have a break in the goal.

This is much greater because it makes its fundamental movement when cutting the left and looking to roll one in the upper containers.

It’s a lovely effort but flies just over the bar.

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool are starting to test Antoni Kinsky now, they are building a bit of momentum at last.

Cody Gakpo opts to go alone when he picks up the ball on the halfway line and ends up narrowing a low effort toward the bottom corner.

He bounces right in front of Kinsky, manages to outmaneuver him. . . more or less.

By Harry Bamforth

Are you, Mohamed Salah?

The end closes at the end of a Cody Gakpo pass in the still a horrible touch that pretends the ball to the edge of the box.

Salah and Alexis Mac Allister slipped more level-headed than either before the previous shot.

All a little messy.

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool are starting to take control of this match, but they don’t really look like scoring.

On a sidenote, my guess was 12 minutes of stoppage time so I am fairly proud of myself.

Call Mystic Harry.

By Harry Bamforth

Phoar, that’s a lot of stoppage time.

The injury to Rodrigo Bentancur that there will be a 11 -minute giant attached in this half.

Maybe it’s enough time for this game even though everything starts. I hope so.

By Harry Bamforth

Oh, that is a bit of Diogo Jota’s skill.

The Liverpool striker selects the ball deep into his own half, dances in front of several plays, and then puts Liverpool in his path.

They paint the ball to Kostas Tsimikas in the region, his low cross is blocked through Lucas Bergvall.

By James Sharpe at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

By Harry Bamforth

Angel Postcoglou never supervised a dead end in his time in the Tottenham rate.

Yes I know. It is mental.

Tonight that run feels like it may come to an end though because this game has been pretty pants.

A goal does not look like it is near.

By Harry Bamforth

Oh dear. . .

Diogo Jota has just summarized the part of Liverpool with one of the worst passes of the entire game.

The Reds even though they all build a head of steam as they pass through Tottenham, but Jota then cooked his ball too much to Kostas Tsimikas and he’s coming out of a kick.

It’s been that kind of evening, so far.

By Harry Bamforth

I can’t lie, this game was disappointing. . .

Ever since those two played a new AIMS mystery just 3 weeks ago, we’ve all been waiting for entertainment.

Well, there has been no flow to this game due to injuries and it has yet to get going in the slightest.

I am what it will be.

By Harry Bamforth

Oh, that’s a massive chance for Liverpool!

Alexis Mac Allister receives a loose header from the resulting tuning set and will have to do something else with it.

You expect him to really test Antoni Kinsky at the very least but heads the ball straight at him.

By Harry Bamforth

Is rugby or football?

Yves Bissouma practically tackles Diogo Jota to the floor with his arms as he breaks away.

Unsurprisingly, he gets a yellow card. Does that mean he will go into the sin bin now?

By Harry Bamforth

Yes, Jarell Quansah continues, it’s night.

It is indeed the midfielder Wataru Endo who is going to fill in at the back next to Virgil van Dijk.

I hate to think how much stoppage time there is going to be, maybe 12 minutes.

What’s your guess?

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool has a here, Jarell Quansah is here.

Virgil van Dijk is standing over the defender looking fairly concerned, which is never a good sign.

Ibrahima Konate would possibly have to worry before Hopearray. Oh wait, Wataru Endo is stripped down and ready.

Spurs enthusiasts love the look.

By Harry Bamforth

Conor Bradley is oxidized here, God.

I have already lost count of how many times the full-back has given the ball away.

He looks a lot like a player who has returned from six weeks on the sidelines.

Oh wait, he has…

By Harry Bamforth

It’s a lot of Liverpool.

Of course, it’s in-form Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah who try and get them going.

The Dutchman the ball on the edge of the box before removing it for Salah to shoot.

The Egyptian tries to turn one at the far corner, but he goes wide at the last moment.

That’s more like it, though.

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool is miles away tonight, they are.

They keep giving the ball away and this time it nearly leads to a Tottenham opener.

The hosts won the ball in the park and the son of Heung-min ends up shooting a low ball in the goal.

Dominic Solanke tries to throw him home, Alisson is there to frustrate him.

The visitors are failed Herearray.

By Harry Bamforth

OOOFT . . .

Antonin Kinsky has played 18 minutes for Spurs but he is already making questionable decisions.

The ball bounces off the square and chooses to watch a duel diogo Jota with his feet than to grab the ball.

Luckily for him, it ends up bouncing into the air and he collects.

Very risky from the new keeper.

By Matt Barlow at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

By Harry Bamforth

The 4 support applaud Rodrigo Bentancur while shooting him in the tunnel on a stretcher.

Brennan Johnson is now in his place, as Lucas Bergvall will drop deeper into midfield.

Not the start Ange Postecoglou would have wanted.

By Harry Bamforth

Rodrigo Bentancur has hurt for more than seven minutes now, it’s worrying.

It is understood that the substitution will not be a concussion one, so Tottenham and Liverpool will not get an extra change.

By Harry Bamforth

This is the moment Rodrigo Nbentancur has been worried about an injury this season

He had to leave in the opposite cases to Leicester at the beginning of the season.

He just put on the stretcher and Brennan Johnson is in a position to come in his place.

By Matt Barlow At Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

By Harry Bamforth

Oh dear, this doesn’t look good.

Rodrigo Bentancur stands out after Radu Dragusin sees an effort stored through Alisson.

There are many considerations among his teammates and now the stretcher takes place.

This looks serious.

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool looks shaky Herearray. .

Visitors continue to give the ball and Tottenham is to get a lot of joy.

Angel Postcoglou will be delighted that his team has started.

By Harry Bamforth

Kostas Tsimikas, what are you doing?

The left-back has a major brain fart just outside his own box as he passes straight to Dominic Solanke, who is in the area.

Fortunately for the Greek, the always reliable Virgil Van Dijk is there to avoid his blush.

By Harry Bamforth

Oh, what a ball it is from Mohamed Salah.

Liverpool was at the bottom in the first moments, but its star type determines a very good long -range pass to Cody Gakpo.

The Dutch destination is excellently and goes to the box, but Tottenham ends up rising in number and clearly.

This passage Alexander-Arnold-Sueque de Salah.

By Harry Bamforth

Tottenham knows how to put on a pre-match show.

Techno Music is enriching out loud from the speakers, as either group does their best pre-game stories.

Spurs enthusiasts have a small song before the hosts begin the game.

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool enthusiasts are ready for this!

While we wait for the two groups to pass out, Reds enthusiasts in the domain pass their catalog of songs to a safe volume.

Tottenham enthusiasts then respond when they check to configure the guest support.

There is then a huge roar as the players arise from the tunnel while dramatic music plays as a backdrop.

I am so pumped up for this one, are you?

By James Sharpe At Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

By Harry Bamforth

Michael Dawson, former defender of the Spurs, in Sky Sports:

By Harry Bamforth

Are we all excited?

I mean, I am certainly. These two groups supply crack matches.

Tonight has the impression that it will be different.

The two teams of players have just finished their UP before returning to the locker room for the last time before kicking.

Now we’re a little more than 10 minutes away from this in class, and I get itchy that he’s starting.

By Matt Barlow at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

By James Sharpe at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium

By Harry Bamforth

Arne Slot, head of Liverpool, speaking with Sky Sports about the reasons why Trent Alexander-Arnold left:

By Harry Bamforth

Oh go on, tuck in lad!

Everybody loves a bit of pre-match scran, don’t they? I know I certainly do, I usually go for a chicken and mushroom pie and chips.

The fans are now flocking to the food kiosks at the stadium while the players warm up.

If you were there, what would you be eating?

By Harry Bamforth

Jamie Redknapp, former Liverpool midfielder, in Sky Sports:

By Harry Bamforth

What is it like to see Diogo Jota, Liverpool fans?

The number 20 is enjoyed through the faithful of the Reds for the same reason, he likes to score goals.

Tonight, he made his first game for the club since he opposed Chelsea in September.

He has already netted twice off the bench since returning to the team in December, so he is not rusty by any stretch.

Jota has also caused Tottenham a lot of pain and his enthusiasts in the hereafter, so I suppose they would not be very satisfied that he begins.

Can he inflict angst on Spurs tonight?

By Harry Bamforth

Do you know more about Tottenham and their lack of trophies?

I mean, the issue is very applicable.

Our own Matt Barlow has given his opinion about why the Spurs have fought to capture the covers in recent years. It is in your DNA.

I don’t want to spoil too much because I want you to read it, but there is a very good argument in this piece that backs the thinking that Tottenham should not be a part of the ‘Big Six’.

However, that’s all I’m going to go to you.

Kostas Tsimikas, Liverpool full-back, speaking to the club website:

By Harry Bamforth

Cody Gakpo has been in absolute smoke, now he’s a qualified baller.

Where much about the Dutch after their first year in red, but they are no longer there.

Arne Slot has turned Gakpo into a pivotal cog in his machine, he has been one of their best players this season.

He scored in each of his last 3 games in all competitions, and my word his strike opposed to Manchester United is surprising.

Gakpo likes the CuParray League.

The end has obtained 8 objectives in its last appearances in the competition, offering assistance.

Can you upload to that account tonight?

By Matt Barlow at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium

By Harry Bamforth

Am I going to exaggerate a bit in this?

I mean, I talked a lot about Liverpool’s history in the League Cup, but I just discovered statistics that I have to share.

When the reds go to the semifinal, they are curtains for their opponents.

They have progressed from seven of their last nine semi-final ties in this competition.

It is not a record, huh?

Well, Liverpool is sure to reach 8 because it has only lost one of its last 19 games in the League Cup.

I told you they love this competition…

By Harry Bamforth

Is this the statement we all think it is?

Trent Alexander-Arnold abandoned through Arne Slot after his horrible demonstration opposite to Manchester United.

As Liverpool plays Accrington Stanley this weekend, it doesn’t rest.

Is Arne only to keep it out of the center of attention?

Or his demonstration so bad that he would prefer to play Conor Bradley, who has just returned from an injury.

Whatever reason, this is a massive decision.

By Harry Bamforth

Wow. . .

Trent Alexander-Arnold has been dropped via Arne Slot after his opposite functionality to Manchester United.

The support replaced through Conor Bradley and had to settle for the bank.

Slot didn’t start with a weak team either . . .

Diogo Jota, Kostas Tsimikas and Jarell Quansah also all come into the team.

By Harry Bamforth

What a day it is for Antonin Kinsky!

The newest rookie of the Spurs among the sticks tonight after signing the weekend

He is one of four changes to the Tottenham side that lost to Newcastle on Saturday.

Son Heung-Min is back in the side, while Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissouma join him.

Happy, Spurs fans?

By Harry Bamforth

I bet that Dominik Szoboszlai will be impatient to start tonight.

The midfielder has been absent for the two Liverpool games after the suspension and then the disease.

Well, the Hungarian returns tonight to some extent, we simply do not know if it will begin or not.

If you start, it’s a fear for Tottenham.

The most productive functionality of Szoboszlai in a red blouse opposed Spurs in December, excellent.

He marked one and could have had two others without problems, when he also got two passes.

I have a feeling he will be on the bench today, though…

By Harry Bamforth

They are all who will start between the sticks for Tottenham tonight.

Vicar No. 1 Guglielmo is released, of course, and it will be for a while, and there are 3 guards in the race for the place.

Brandon Austin made his debut in order in opposition to Newcastle on weekends while the bottle -forster support cap absent through the disease.

But Forster is necessary again for Angel Postocoglou again, so it will may receive the approval.

And the final option at the Australian’s disposal is new signing Antonin Kinsky, who signed from Slavia Prague on Saturday.

I have a feeling he may be thrown straight into the mix.

By Harry Bamforth

It’s fair to say, Son Heung-Min has had a very tough season.

The Captain of the Spurs obtained five goals in the Premier League this mandate in 17 games.

That might not sound terrible, but by Son’s standards, it most certainly is.

I mean, at that point last season, his son scored 10 times in the league and helped 4 times.

While he may be struggling, it hasn’t stopped Tottenham from triggering a one-year extension in Son’s contract, meaning he will stay at the club until the summer of 2026.

Can you get the deal with a purpose tonight?

By Harry Bamforth

Usually, when I talk about injury concerns I go through each player the team Is missing and how it impacts them.

Well, I just can’t do that with Tottenham. They have so many injuries that this position can end up being a test.

Instead, here is a list of who is not for them tonight:

By Harry Bamforth

Well, we have to communicate about Trent Alexander-Arnold, right?

His demonstration opposes Manchester United on Sunday the fusion of the base of Liverpool enthusiasts.

I mean, it was possibly his worst performance in a red shirt.

Everybody is allowed poor performances every once and a while, but the timing of Alexander-Arnold’s is what could be a concern.

It has come after a week in which Real Madrid approached Liverpool to try and sign the defender this month.

Questions have been raised about whether the contract saga is now wreaking havoc and if Alexander-Arnold is in the right head area to play football.

Normally, there would be little doubt that he would start a match of this magnitude. He’s one of the first names on the teamsheet.

But after his opposite functionality to United, did Arne Slot give Conor Bradley a chance?

If the location falls to Alexander-Arnold, be prepared for carnage.

By Harry Bamforth

Liverpool to the semi-finals was not the most difficult, as it must be said.

While that might sound harsh, if you compare it to Tottenham’s journey, it’s been an absolute breeze.

After winning the trophy for a record tenth time last season, Arne Slot’s side took the Cup race to this crusade, with a practice session last year’s quarter opposite West Ham at Anfield.

And as they did in 2023, the Reds hammered the London.

Then I came here to the south coast to face Brighton, which is by no means a simple task.

Liverpool had few to send the seagulls, leaving the 3-2 winners before beating them in the League a few days later.

His love story with the festival continued in December while fighting beyond Southampton to make the semifinals.

Darwin Nunez and Harvey Elliott both struck in the first half and Liverpool were absolutely cruising into the next round.

But then Southampton had a little fight.

Cameron Archer made it attractive with part of an hour, but a very replaced Liverpool controlled to hold.

And now, here we are.

By Harry Bamforth

Chris Sutton, It’s All Kicking Off! co-host, on BBC Radio 5 Live:

By Harry Bamforth

My word, Tottenham had to get here.

The fact they are actually in the last four with the teams they have had to place is a minor miracle, considering their form.

OK, that may have been harsh, but you will see why I said it in just a few sentences.

Spurs’ Carabao Cup run was nearly over before it even got started when they were nearly knocked out by Coventry in the third round.

It took two late goals for Ange Postecoglou’s side to turn things around to set up a date with Manchester City.

His last tie with the men of Pep Guadiola began his torrid series of results.

A demonstration in the first half in which Timo Werner and Pape Sarr discovered the net, they got a memorable victory over the city.

Then came their quarter-final with Manchester United, and of course, it was thoroughly entertaining.

Postecoglou’s side managed to edge a seven-goal thriller against Ruben Amorim’s side in what was the game of the competition so far.

However, Spurs have not won any of their 4 games since then, wasting three.

Can they win tactics again today?

By Harry Bamforth

Phoar, the last time these two met, there were fireworks.

Liverpool gave the impression in northern London just before Christmas and imperative, tearing Tottenham at will to register a victory in the statement.

The Arne tragamoneas team put a clinic while Luis Díaz and Mo Salah put a splint with Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister also locating the network.

In truth, Liverpool could have scored more than six, but they were still given a little scare when Spurs nabbed a couple of goals at the end.

Everything that ended up making the rhythms a little less painful for the hosts.

Tonight, if you have a technical about the entertainment that treated us that night, we will have a lot of fun.

The fingers went to the delivery of any of the groups.

Tonight is huge for Tottenham.

We all know that they are pressuring the lack of cutlery, which is talked about every year without fail.

It’s the ghost in their closet that they just get rid of.

17 years have passed since they won their trophy, the League Cup in 2008.

To put this in perspective, I am seven years old when Jonathan Woodgate lifted the trophy for which they compete tonight.

The topic of their lack of silverware was prevalent throughout my school years… and I knew a lot of Tottenham fans in during that time. Children can be brutal, so just imagine that period for Spurs fans.

Anyway, let’s not get sidetracked.

This season turns out to be a greater possibility than ever for Spurs, even though everything banates their ghosts.

While they have been extremely poor in the league, they have managed to get past Manchester City and Manchester United on their route to the last four.

If they manage to get past Liverpool, then it will just feel like their name is written on that cup.

And while overcoming the Reds is the most difficult task in English football at this time, Angel Postocoglou has been very inflexible that he will win trophies at the time of the season in the football clubs he manages.

Well, this is his season at Spurs . . .

Arne Slot, Liverpool head coach, speaking on Tuesday:

Liverpool and the Cup League are looking to call for a bigger duo.

They seem to gravitate to another, like two other people in an appointment that simply cannot let it go.

Liverpool have won this competition more than any other team in English football, reigning supreme on a total of 10 occasions.

The last one came here last season in a Wembley full of people, while Jurgen Klopp won his last trophy as Chief of Liverpool.

Therefore, it is fair to say that this Reds team will be sure to regain the trophy this year.

First, though, they have to take down a Tottenham side that are desperate to win this competition.

Spurs are entertaining enough at the best of times, but in a cup final I feel like they will take it up a notch.

It will be a difficult task for the reds, especially after its disappointing draw in the house opposed to Manchester United this weekend.

While they were miles off their best on Sunday, you’d still expect them to get the job done tonight, wouldn’t you?

It will not be simple.

The phrase ‘smash and grab’ comes to mind.

Last night, Newcastle achieved what some would call the best functionality at Arsenal in the first tier of their semi-final.

It is fair to say that not many expected Eddie Howe’s team to go to the Emirates and beat the Gunners.

Most of the other people that Newcastle’s idea only needed to separate or lose through a small margin, before doing so in St James’ Park.

Well, they were yesterday.

The URACAS put a clinic in the game counterattack football with Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon on the score sheet.

They were clinical, while Arsenal is full.

Newcastle ends the night with one foot in the Carabao Cup Ultimate and Arsenal have a mountain to climb.

While Abba sings on “Mamma Mia,” we pass sketch.

Newcastle put the cat amongst the pigeons last night by beating Arsenal on their own patch last night.

We are back in the capital tonight when the Carabao Liverpool holders take Tottenham’s suffering.

It is not even a month since the last two met, and it is only to say that the Spurs did not laughed on this occasion.

However, it is new and it is a new day.

The Spurs trophy drought begins to vibrate up to 17 years, and the search for silverware is more and more throughout the day.

The Ange Postcoglou appearance can almost Wembley, but first, they have the task not so easy to deal with Arne Slot’s red arrows.

Liverpool adore this competition – they have won it more than anybody else. Most people’s money is on them to do so again.

Anyway, I think it’s an advent enough for what a crunchy night is, don’t you think?

Let’s get the ball rolling.
