West Ham will face Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final after beating AZ Alkmaar 3-1 on aggregate.
Fiorentina booked their position for the June final between Basel 4-3 on aggregate.

Napoli defender Kim Min-jae, who is in talks to sign for Manchester United this summer, will finish his military service next month.
Kim, 26, has been involved for months in a summer replacement at Old Trafford, while only moving to Napoli last year. Buyout clause of 50 million (£43 million).

That’s according to Inter Live, which claims Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham care about the 25-year-old.
Chelsea beat Manchester United to sign Ecuadorian prodigy Kendry Paez in a £20 million deal.
The Blues had originally reached a deal for the teenager on the same day Graham Potter was sacked as boss last month. However, the confirmation of Paez’s club, Independiente del Valle, has just stated that Stamford Bridge will be the player’s destination.
He is likely to be the first signing of Mauricio Pochettino’s era at Stamford Bridge. The former Tottenham boss has agreed to terms to take charge of the Blues from the start of next season. The Argentine is expected to arrive in the UK this week from Spain to finalise the terms of a deal and define his needs for the role.

Brentford are expected to open contract negotiations with Ivan Toney: the England foreigner has been given an eight-month suspension.
Toney, 27, was fined £50,000 for breaching the Football Association’s strict betting rules 232 times. But, as Mirror Football reports, several Premier League clubs are still interested in signing the prolific striker.

Jurgen Klopp has issued a frank and direct apology for the moves that resulted in a fine and two match bans.
The Liverpool boss discovered his fate on Thursday after a public dispute with referee Paul Tierney last month. The incident occurred in the Reds’ stunning 4-3 win over Tottenham at Anfield, with Diogo Jota winning one last goal.

Brazilian foreigner Moura will leave the club this summer after etching his calling into the club’s folklore as the hero of one of its European nights.
