They are estimated to pay £3. 5 million.

Dier and Bayern have reportedly reached a personal agreement.

Brighton are on the verge of signing young Argentinian Valentin Barco, striker of Premier League champions Manchester City.

The 19-year-old Boca Juniors full-back undergoes a stay in South America before completing the £7. 8m transfer.

Brighton’s head of recruitment, Sam Jewell, travelled to Argentina to close the deal and finalise the player’s contract.

Manchester City were also tracking the Argentina Under-21 international, but the Seagulls acted temporarily to respect Barco’s clause and may show a transparent trail towards the first team.

After striking the deal with Barco, Brighton will also sign a right winger this month, with Solly March ruled out for this season.

He will arrive on loan to Dortmund without a purchase option.

Dortmund will cover part of his salary plus a £3.6million loan fee.

Fulham will be hoping to remain the Palhinha star in January following a money dispute with Bayern Munich.

The German champions are launching a new offer for the combative Portuguese midfielder after failing with an expired offer in the summer transfer window.

At the time, the six-time European Cup winners offered £65 million plus another £7 million. But the deal fell through when Fulham were unable to find a replacement.

SunSport understands that Bayern strangely abandoned their offer of around £10m at a time when transfer fees are rising mid-season.

And now Fulham are stubborn and refuse to sell at a lower price.

Crystal Palace blame themselves for not getting Radu Dragusin to Tottenham.

Spurs look set to beat Bayern Munich thanks to the signing of the 21-year-old Genoa defender.

The Romanian foreigner flies to London to pass a medical and finalise a £21. 5m move with £4. 3m in add-ons and Djed Spence on loan.

Still, Palace came incredibly close to landing Dragusin 18 months ago.

They were locked in talks with Juventus but the south London club were unsure about shelling out the £5m fee with £2m in add-ons but now, that amount looks a bargain.

Radu Dragusin’s agent admitted that he and his team were still a bit “surprised” that Dragusin preferred to sign for Tottenham and not Bayern Munich.

Florin Manea said: “We can’t turn Bayern Munich down. Radu had given his word to Spurs and decided to respect it. We’re all still a little stunned!”

The north Londoners have agreed a deal for Dragusin for £21. 5m upfront, with a further £4. 3m in add-ons, as well as full-back Djed Spence on loan at the other end.

Bayern Munich also had an offer for Dragusin accepted.

Hammers boss David Moyes was sure he wouldn’t want to be busy in January, but plans have now changed, with a source saying the club was “urgently” looking for reinforcements this month. Ajax winger Steven Bergwijn is highly sought-after, while Sunderland winger Jack Clarke is highly sought after and also under surveillance.

The club’s injury crisis is likely to end the departures of Danny Ings and Said Benrahma.

Bacary Sagna has praised Tottenham’s new signing Radu Dragusin in an interview with Lord Ping.

The former Arsenal and Manchester City defender said: “I watch a lot of Italian and Dragusin is one of the players who has impressed me.

“He has a good ability to defend, and he is very strong. Tottenham need cover in central defence. They need to improve their squad with better players, so I think he would be a good acquisition.

“Tottenham have enough quality for the future, but defensively they look a bit small. They want more additions to build a castle, as we know they can hurt groups when they attack.

Middlesbrough are confident they will continue to be Chelsea killer Hayden Hackney this month.

Midfielder Hackney, 21, scored the winner in the first half of Tuesday night’s 1-0 win over the Blues in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semifinal.

The England Under-21 star has been watched through the Premier League’s top players, including big names Tottenham, Liverpool and the two Manchester clubs.

But SunSport understands Boro is firmly convinced that Hackney will go nowhere in January as boss Michael Carrick sets his sights on Wembley and championship promotion.

Fabrizio Romano has tweeted that Radu Dragusin will fly to London in the next 30 minutes with his agent to sign for Tottenham.

Spurs had a bid of £25.8million accepted for the defender overnight and will now complete the signing.

Bayern Munich were stunned by Radu Dragusin’s decision to sign for Tottenham instead, according to Sky Italia.

Dragusin will fly to London to finish this week.

Bayern are now betting on the signing of Eric Dier.

Liverpool’s Fabio Carvalho has joined Hull City on loan to Fabrizio Romano.

The midfielder has attracted interest from several in La Liga.

But he was convinced by Hull’s project and push for the play-off places this season.

Djed Spence has joined Genoa on a six-month loan deal from Tottenham following the deal with Radu Dragusin, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Tottenham will cover 100 per cent of the player’s salary.

Genoa have the option to buy Spence at the end of the season for £8. 6m.

Bayern Munich are expected to move for Tottenham’s Eric Dier after missing out on Radu Dragusin according to Florian Plettenburg.

He will now travel to London to become a Spurs player.

Luke Ayling will undergo a medical in Middlesbrough today, according to David Ornstein of The Athletic.

The defender spent seven-and-a-half years at Leeds and established himself as a fan favourite.

But he has found himself out of the team under Daniel Farke, and Michael Carrick is prepared to give him more opportunities on Teesside.

Bayern Munich have offered PSG a six month loan with an option to buy Nordi Mukiele – according to Telefoot.

PSG, however, have a legal responsibility to acquire the defender.

The deal could be Bayern’s goal to target Radu Dragusin at Tottenham if PSG agree to terms.

Tottenham’s new star Timo Werner has what attracted him to the club.

In a verbal exchange with the Spurs media team, the 27-year-old German said: “I was attracted to many things, first of all the verbal exchange with the coach.

“I thought it was a very intelligent conversation, he immediately gave me the feeling that I had to sign for a club, what I need to feel when you communicate to a coach and also the tactics and the style, how he needs to play. How should the team play?

“For me, I immediately thought it was a better fit. Then the stadium, where playing every game is something special and also the team, I think we have very intelligent players.

“All of this appeals to me a lot. “

Arsenal are one of several clubs interested in Ajax defender Jorrel Hato; They may not be able to move this month.

Hato has already captained the Dutch giants twice this season and could theoretically sign for a big German or Spanish club in January.

But because of post-Brexit immigration rules, Arsenal and other English clubs would not possibly be able to move until he turns 18 in March, given that he is 17.

This is limited to a summer move.

Kylian Mbappe has a “gentlemen’s agreement” with PSG club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the Qatari has claimed.

Speaking to French media outlet RMC Sport, Al-Khelaifi said: “I have a gentlemanly relationship with Kylian Mbappw.

“It’s between me and Kylian, so I probably wouldn’t comment on money or details.

“I have very good relationship with him. But this agreement is between us and it will stay between us.”

Tottenham’s new star Timo Werner believes he can win trophies with the North Londoners.

He told the club’s media team: “A year and a half ago I left England, I watched the Premier League, not too much to get attached to each and every club, but Tottenham was a club I watched.

“When I joined my old club, I said I wanted to be a winner and I wanted to win titles at the end, and in the end we won the Champions League so I think it shouldn’t be too bad to say that I’ve come here to also win titles and to win something.”
