West Ham are also interested in Villarreal striker Alexander Sorloth, who finished second in the race for the La Liga Golden Boot last season, a goal for Girona’s Artme Dovbyk.
Sorloth, 28, has scored 23 in La Liga and 3 more in the Europa League.
West Ham are on the verge of reaching an agreement with Manchester United for the signing of right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Many facets of the deal have been agreed upon in principle, but much remains to be done regarding final pricing and structure.
