Sinsheim is a town in Baden-Württemberg and in the Kraichgau or Rhein-Neckar region. It is located near the major cities of Heidelberg, Mannheim and Heilbronn. The nearest airports are located in Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Baden-Baden.
Special trains run to and from Heidelberg and Mannheim on the day of the gate.
No local space has been known as a space to flee from through followers. However, we recommend that enthusiasts familiarize themselves with the travel recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The PreZero Arena is located near the Autobahn A6 in Sinsheim.
Fans should plan their travel in advance and are asked to arrive at the stadium as soon as possible.
Train: Fans can use the Sinsheim Museum/Arena station, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the stadium. Click here for a map showing the routes to Prezero Arena.
Fans of the rail network deserve to know that in Verkehrsverbund Rhein-neckar (VRN) and in Heilbronner-Hohenloher-Haller-Nahverkehr there is a low rate of issuance of a properly priced ticket: you will find a QR code on the back of your ticket at a reasonable price. Free exercise is included between Mannheim and Heidelberg in Sinsheim. Please note that Frankfurt is not part of this region. German police are conducting random checks on the rail network and enthusiasts are being asked to use some form of identity that matches their price.
Coach: Coaches can park in the “Gäste-Busse” car park, directly in the visiting amateur section. The price of parking is 20€ according to teacher (only in money). Please prepare parking prices at the entrance.
CAR: Hoffenheim has the reserved parking segment P15 (at the Auto Museum
Disability access: Access to the parking lots for supporters with disabilities is via road P4-P8. Step-free access to the stadium is via the ‘Südost’ entrance ramp. You will be welcomed there by the Tottenham Hotspur and Hoffenheim Access teams. The Hoffenheim Access team are referred to locally as ‘Team Barrierefrei’.
There are no dining services outside the stadium, but Hoffenheim recommends that fans gather at the “Sinsheimer Wächter”. It is located near the Hauptbahnhof station in Sinsheim (Elsenz) and close to the pedestrian zone and closed streets. . In the immediate vicinity there are small restaurants and supermarkets.
From here it is approximately 30–45-minutes’ walk to the stadium or alternatively fans can take a shuttle bus from the railway station, which is wheelchair accessible. Hoffenheim advise that there may be a mixture of home and away supporters here.
Alternatively, there is a beer garden at ‘Elfmeter’, close to Sinsheim Museum Arena station and approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the stadium.
Turnstiles will open two hours before kick-off at 4.45pm.
Access to the visiting supporter segment is the “northwest” entrance, G1 G2 (safe drop-off point), and H1 H2 (top-point seats).
The surroundings of the stadium are very open and the weather is expected to be cold and windy.
There is a staircase directly outside the visiting fan turnstiles, with no elevator or slow access to this entrance. The staircase is divided into six lanes in preparation for safety records. Two lanes are reported for female followers who will be searched through the women’s front door. personnel. Fans with flags will have to use the left lanes.
Supporters should not cover their faces with clothing items or face coverings when queuing and entering through the turnstiles. Neck warmers and scarves are permitted; however, fans are advised that balaclavas are strictly prohibited. Any supporter covering their face will be refused entry to the stadium, unless they have a medical exemption.
Followers will be invited to open their coats and wallets to prepare for complete studies on the body. A verification of entries outside the guest section will be made, before fans go through the tourniquetes.
The local police will have turnstiles outside. Excavations will be carried out only through the stadiums and Hoffenheim protection staff.
Hoffenheim recommends that supporters print their ticket at home, however, tickets can also be scanned at the turnstile using a mobile device.
The club was allocated 2,866 tickets in the visitor segment, adding 850 status tickets and 261 limited-view tickets. The Away fan segment is surrounded through a fence and a giant Perspex screen on the left aspect facing the tone. This screen is strongly I-Andesive and the view of one of the targets is obstructed.

Wheelchair users and ambulant supporters should enter the stadium via ‘Südost’ (Southeast) entrance, where there is ramped access leading from the car park. Access supporters will be welcomed there by the Tottenham Hotspur and Hoffenheim Access teams. The Hoffenheim Access team are referred to locally as ‘Team Barrierefrei’.
Access tickets are located in the neutral section of the stadium, with wheelchair users allocated tickets in Block I and ambulant supporters in Block N. For ambulant supporters, there are between 1-5 steps to access the seats with no handrails available.
All comforts are located in the impartial part of the stadium. There are kiosks that promote meals and drinks, but there are no low counter, auditory circuits or enabled corridors.
There are two toilets available available, Hoffenheim administrators are located outside the washers’ doors with a special key to allow access to followers. There is no relocation facility.
Tottenham Hotspur’s administration and access personnel with ERS will be on site for our fans.

Alcohol will be served at level and can be fed in the stands. However, drunken enthusiasts will be refused entry or expelled from the stadium, with Hoffenheim remaining with a restricted alcohol of 0. 8 consistent with ML for over 16s and 1. 2 consistent with MIL for over 18s.
It is not permitted to carry backpacks, purses or purses (“purses”) with a length greater than 21×30 cm (A4), with the exception of bags with compartments (e. g. sports bags or cloth bags).

In exceptional cases, food and drinks are allowed to be brought to the venue. The kiosks will sell a variety of hot and cold drinks, beer, chips, hot dogs and nachos.
There are ample toilet facilities available with 15 cubicles in the men’s toilets and 32 cubicles in the women’s toilets.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the stadium.

We are proud of our very good and faithful for space and outside.
