La Liga giants Barcelona on Tuesday removed the profiles of two players from the first team’s page of its official website.

This is reported by the Diario Sport, which points to the “two João” as the couple in question.

João Félix and João Cancelo, of course, spent last season exercising their industry on loan in the Catalan capital.

Upon verifying that their respective loans were permanent, the two Portuguese left on June 30.

And yet, until this week, both players remained at the top of Barcelona’s first-team roster on the club’s website.

However, as we discussed above, many adjustments were made on Tuesday despite everything.

According to a report through Diario Sport:

“Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix are no longer in the FC Barcelona squad. Until Tuesday, August 20, the two Portuguese players were on the first team list on the Barça club’s website. But they have disappeared.

The time at Barça coincides with the signing of leader Felix of a long-term contract with Chelsea, one of the heavyweights of the Premier League.

For Cancelo, on the other hand, his long-term remains even more doubtful at the moment, as Barcelona continue to struggle to secure a new deal with their Manchester City counterparts.
