Two African citizens who were in the United States were illegally arrested in Monroe County, he said on federal Wednesday.
U. S. Border Patrol officials assigned to Gibraltar station were sent to assist Michigan State Police in a traffic prevention near Luna Pier around 10 a. m. October 1 said the signature in a statement.
Once arrested, the two men declared that they were from The Gambia; A record “showed that any of the subjects had exceeded the duration of their B2 visa through a combined total of 17 years,” according to the statement.

Authorities transported the couple to the station for questioning and identifying her.

He and Jatta face federal charges, U. S. Customs and Border Protection said Wednesday.
