Players from Olympique Lyonnais and FC Bayern Munich dominate the vote of fans
After more than a month of voting in which nearly 6 million votes were cast, UEFA’s 2020 women’s and men’s amateur teams can now be revealed.
For the 20th consecutive year, football enthusiasts from around the world were invited to their short-list groups of 50 elite players playing for the clubs of the 55 UEFA member federations in 2020. In addition to the men’s survey, enthusiasts also had the opportunity for the Women’s Team of the Year for the first time, reflecting the growing appeal of women’s football.
