Spanish club Valencia has contacted Arsenal bosses on a loan imaginable for Matteo Guendouzi, Resources said.
Guendouzi is on the market this summer after being frozen through manager Mikel Arteta.
The Frenchman’s career at Arsenal began promising but was interrupted after his movements opposed to Brighton and specifically Neal Maupay.
Since then, Guendouzi has been basically on the bench and doesn’t seem to play a major role this season.
Valencia has now presented the war to solve the Gunners’ challenge in Guendouzi through discussions about a transfer agreement for the player, according to Sport Witness.
However, the deal would only solve Arsenal’s challenge for the 2020/21 season, as Valencia are interested in the final signing of the 21-year-old.
Arsenal bosses can see the offer as a way to see if Guendouzi can prove his worth. If you play in La Liga, you may only increase your movement value. That can even bring him back to the starting XI at Arsenal.
Arteta would possibly reject the offer in favor of a permanent movement. He’s rebuilding his team to get out and finish in the 4 most sensible in the next campaign.
A permanent agreement for Guendouzi would provide him with the budget to recruit new players.
Guendouzi is the only player to leave Arsenal, while Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Lucas Torreira and Calum Chambers have been connected to side movements.
The Gunners took a step forward this summer with the hiring of 3 players: Willian has arrived from Chelsea, Cedric Soares has arrived from Southampton and Pablo Mari has arrived from Flamengo.
Arteta has a promising central defense, William Saliba, who returns from a loan.
Arsenal recently have the favorite to sign Brentford duo Said Benrahma and David Raya. We still don’t know how much it’s going to cost.
