American midfielder Weston McKennie has been tested for coronavirus, his club Juventus officially announced on Wednesday. The 22-year-old talent, on loan from Juve from Schalke, is now isolated.

Juventus Football Club announces that, according to checks carried out through existing protocol, weston mcKennie has tested positive for Covid 19.
According to regulations and protocol, the team went into fiduciary isolation tonight. This procedure will allow all people who are negative to the controls to carry out normal education and matching activities, but will not allow contact with other people outdoors in the group.

It is not known how McKennie was the virus, however, many players of the club tested positive in the past, Paulo Dybala added months ago. Team superstar Cristiano Ronaldo tested positive this week while on duty abroad with the Portugal national team.
Sources tell CBS Sports that McKennie is fine, but it’s unclear whether he has any symptoms or not.

As for what happens next for McKennie, you’ll have how much time is missing. He is absent for this weekend’s match against Crotone and next week’s first Champions League match with Dynamo Kyiv. His prestige for the big match against Barcelona in two weeks is also on the back. It’s a game that many U. S. men’s national team enthusiasts do. But it’s not the first time They have changed on their calendar with McKennie’s possible match against Sergino Dest, who joined Barca from Ajax.
McKennie joined Juve in August in a surprise summer move for Serie A kings and broke Andrea Pirlo’s starting line-up in both matches played: a 3-0 win over Sampdoria and a 2–2 draw against Roma.
