Following an investigation through the Autorité de los angeles concurrence et des marchés (CMA) into the merger of Viagogo and StubHub, we decided that StubHub’s foreign entities (all entities unless located in the United States and Canada) deserve to be divested and independent of StubHub and Viagogo.
The new independent organization includes corporations in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and several overseas markets.
As of September 2021, all StubHub entities outside the U. S. The U. S. and Canada have been approved for a new independent group: StubHub International.
StubHub International acquired through Digital Fuel Capital, an investment trading firm aimed at becoming a leader in the e-commerce space, on September 8, 2021.
