Both Premier League groups finished top of their groups, while Manchester United and Newcastle were knocked out of Europe at the first hurdle. All eyes will be on UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, on Monday morning for the first knockout matches before the final. at Wembley on June 1.

In Group A, German giants Bayern Munich and wonderful Denmark Copenhagen qualified against United, while there were no clashes in Group C as 14-time winners Real Madrid and Italian champions Napoli advanced.
