It’s fair to say that Jadon Sancho didn’t live up to expectations in his first season at Manchester United.
Sancho would sign for United last summer. The winger would have pushed back the Red Devils by £73 million.

So, given his worth and impressive form in the past, expectations were naturally high when the 21-year-old signed for Manchester United.
However, Sancho scored five goals and 3 assists in 37 starts in his first season at Old Trafford.
Speaking in a recent interview, however, the England foreigner recommended that the difficulties of the last crusade were due to his lack of pre-season, which led to a lack of fitness and understanding from his teammates:
“I think it will be smart for me. The training, especially in the pre-season, is a really positive point and all the guys understood what he said. “
“You can see it in the games, we create a lot more chances, we keep the ball more and we do smart things with the taste we play. It’s my first pre-season with United because last year I had an ear infection, so I was able to not do the full pre-season with the team, which was a bit annoying at the time.
“It meant a lack of fitness and understanding of how the players play. But now, this season, I feel much more comfortable and, especially scoring in the pre-season, it’s a confidence seasoning for me and I can take that into the season. and continue

With Sancho now in the most sensible form and having had a solid pre-season this summer, United enthusiasts will expect wonderful things from the Englishman in August.
