Willian, former Arsenal star and Chelsea, ‘breaks the Olympiacos contract’ and plans a flexible transfer

Former Arsenal and Chelsea player Willian has reportedly terminated his contract with Olympiacos.

The winger signed for the Greek on a one-year deal in the summer after leaving Fulham.

But it was hard for him to influence and only played 11 times with the Olympiacos, achieving 0 goals and an assistance.

According to journalist Andre Hernan Willian, he has now torn up his agreement.

He informs that the Brazilian is contemplating staying in Europe, but there is also a hypothesis that Willian can register in the MLS.

The 36-year-old is reportedly on vacation in Miami, which sparked rumors that he could sign up for David Beckham’s Inter Miami.

Willian was in the past linked to a return to Brazil after leaving Fulham, and is again a potential option.

He went to Corinthians for a year between leaving Arsenal and signing for Fulham.

But he may be open to another challenge after revealing he received offers from MLS, Saudi Arabia and Qatar in the summer.

He also spoke of his desire to continue playing until he is 40-years-old.

He said: “I feel physically and in two seasons at Fulham I haven’t had any problems so I feel absolutely fine.

“I am working in the gym to be in good shape but, of course, it is different from training every day and being ready inside a club. But I am doing all I can to be in good shape for my next club.

“I think my point physically and mentally is great. I think I can play for 3 or 4 more years, until I’m 40 years old! I feel motivated and at a higher point. “
