Chelsea star Willian was “annoyed and offended” after his seven-year stint at the club collapsed, to ESPN.

The 31-year-old signed a three-year contract to sign for London rival Arsenal after talks on a new deal to remain at Stamford Bridge failed.

The end had sought an extension of three years, but instead presented a king to be taken or left through director Marina Granovskaia before the coronavirus crisis set a transitional end to the season.
