Manchester United fell to a third defeat in a row as relegation-threatened Wolves moved out of the Premier League bottom three with a 2-0 home win over Ruben Amorim’s side.
Looking to bounce back from their humiliating defeat to Bournemouth this weekend, United were frustrated in confusing situations through a Wolves side playing with renewed confidence under new Patrier Vitor Perira.
The game turned a two minutes from the first moment when Bruno Fernandes won his 3rd red card of the season after a yellow card for a foul on Nelson Semedo.
Soon after, the home team took the credit when in-form striker Mattheus Cunha scored directly from a corner.
And while the visitors came looking for an equalizer in the final, Hwang Hee-chan grabbed a score at half-time to ensure trouble for Wolves/

The hectic Christmas schedule continues for both sides. United dace a tough test at home against in-form Newcastle on Monday, while Wolves visit Tottenham the day before.
