An overdue and overdue strike by Pedro Neto caused Chelsea to fall in a 2–1 loss to the Wolves tonight, amid disturbing performances by some of the club’s star men.
Frank Lampard’s team recently returned to the Premier League, with a Molineux.
Pensioners, for the first time in some time, have embarked on the search for a recovery result.
This came here, of course, with Chelsea falling in a wonderful 1-0 loss at Everton on Sunday, a result that ended a remarkable unbeathed 14-match winning streak in all competitions.
However, with Tottenham and Liverpool losing trouble this weekend, Lampard et al. They were aware before tonight’s initial serve that a three-point line would advise the most sensible of the English elite.
In the end, in Molineux, however, the Blues failed to do their homework.
After a 90-minute hard fight, the Wolves nevertheless beat the last winner, condemning Chelsea to their two-time defeat.
Visitors who opened the score early at the time appreciate Olivier Giroud’s form.
Ben Chilwell’s whipped delivery from the left was stolen to purpose through French, which he controlled to twist under Rui Patricio and in:

The wolves, however, fulfilled their task and temporarily leveled things.
Shortly after denying what gave the impression of being the purpose of the party moment, Nuno Espirito Santo’s men controlled to succeed at the level, thanks to a moment of individual brilliity by Daniel Podence.
A glorious Portuguese foot game at Chelsea saw Podence leave a couple of defenders on the ground, before hitting the house on the first stick in an equally impressive style:

Then, just as it seemed that the surprise was about to break into a dead end, Pedro Neto intervened.
With a few seconds remaining in overtime, a dazzling escape from the hosts saw Neto slide to the left, the talented youngster having to pass past Kurt Zouma, before opting for the lower corner with an exact hit:

An unbeatable night for the Wolves of Nuno Espirito Santo, but a moment of concern in Chelsea’s consecutive defeat.
Tonight’s result in Molineux will inevitably call Frank Lampard’s Blues credentials.
Londoners had represented the English team before heading to Goodison Park this weekend, when a general lack of creativity showed its eventual decline.
And, in Molineux tonight, the peak, or even more the general absence, has once demonstrated Chelsea’s weakness.
If concede a couple of goals is, of course, a concern, the Blues attack simply doesn’t fire right now.
Olivier Giroud backs up the only Chelsea star to have thrown his shots in the penalty shootout behind the wolves’ backs, making it an excellent way to put visitors in front.
Christian Pulisic, for his part, looked damaging in the first half, moving to the right after half-time, thus nullating most of his offensive threat.
However, there is no doubt that the other two people who will have to bear most of the blame with respect to the flat offensive demonstration of the retirees are Kai Havertz and Timo Werner.
It is true that the former played in a deeper position against the Wolves than on the weekend, when he disappointed Everton so much.
Again, however, tonight, Havertz simply failed to carry out in any way.
Most of them fit outperded the young German, Chelsea’s faithful have since expressed frustration at their record low-performance signing.

And just like the fault of not generating your compatriot Werner tonight.
On the back of an earlier purple patch in the campaign, hitman Werner’s touch of purpose has abandoned him in recent weeks.
In fact, former RB Leipzig player has controlled scoring in any of his last eight Chelsea appearances:

Without a doubt, Werner is used in the wing, the 24-year-old poses a much greater risk when deployed more centrally.
But that’s no excuse for how deficient he looked back on Tuesday.
Frank Lampard has a challenge on his hands. Hakim Ziyech’s normal advent in its initial formation in October coincided with the resumption of blues in the following weeks.
However, the Moroccan’s lack of injury in recent times has highlighted concerns about the lack of creativity in Lampard’s ranks at the moment.
This is not due to a lack of quality, but to a general lack of production of Havertz, Werner and more.
A series of two consecutive defeats is, of course, an explanation for why panic, but the time has come for Chelsea’s large offensive sums to take over and produce.
