Higgins is coming off a poor 2023 season, so he can get advantages from a cut, and his numbers were still right. Clemson’s product was limited to 12 games and finished the season behind the Bengals in touchdowns (five), third in goals (76). and receiving yards (656) and fourth in receptions (42).

Following his three seasons with the Tigers, Higgins was selected by Cincinnati in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Higgins led the Bengals in receiving yards (908) and touchdowns (six) as a rookie and second only to former AP Offensive Rookie of the Year Ja’Marr Chase in either category in 2021 and 2022.

Brian Callahan has been Cincinnati’s offensive coordinator for his entire career, helping the team finish seventh in points per game during the AFC title-winning 2021 campaign, as well as in 2022. Callahan was hired as the Titans new head coach in January.
